And the Winner is… Curtain Closes on a Successful Hexy Awards Show

Thirdera just wrapped up its Second Annual Hexy Awards – our special end-of-year event that recognizes the individual and collective accomplishments from 2022. It might just be that the euphoria hasn’t worn off yet, but this year’s event felt bigger and better than last year’s - a microcosm of the super-sonic growth and success Thirdera has experienced over the last 12 months. Now 750+ strong across NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC the Thirdera family tree is flourishing at a rate recognized by CRN Fast50, Inc5000, and Denver Business Journal. 

As a nod to the Eranauts who rose above expectations and elevated customer outcomes all year, we chose “The Rise of Thirdera” as this year’s awards show theme. And, wow, did it deliver! From a mashed-up global dance party to a shout-out from our biggest fan, Montell Jordan (yes, that Montell Jordan), this year’s awards ceremony was like a constant IV drip of pure elation. Here’s how it went down:

Dancing Eranauts

The show kicked off with a high-energy dance party to the beat of "Dancing Feet" by Kygo and DNCE. Fifteen Eranauts from all around the world put our “Have Fun” company value into rhythmic action; not only personifying the charismatic spirit of Thirdera but also proving that we can hold our own on the dance floor too!

Hexy Award Announcements

The most anticipated and ceremonious part of the show saw ~70 Eranauts recognized and awarded for their incredible contributions to the Thirdera culture along with their devotion to customer excellence. Selecting winners may have been the most challenging task this year. Unique in attributes, yet one and the same in values - every Eranaut deserves commendation for their efforts in the rise of Thirdera. Hexy Awards were given in the following categories:

Message from the CEO

Jason Wojahn, CEO of Thirdera, was on-brand pairing his bold Thirdera duds with a subdued, heartfelt message to the 450+ Eranauts who attended the Hexy Awards. As he's been saying all year, Thirdera is driven by two core principles: 1) being the best value enabler for customers and 2) creating a company we all want to work for. Check. And check. The message was on point, and the timing was spot-on as we begin to condition ourselves to deliver more value for ServiceNow customers in 2023.
