Thirdera Leadership Team
Jason's extensive past experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem gives him the ideal perspective to manage the most experienced pure play ServiceNow partner. Before Thirdera, he served as President and COO at Lemongrass Consulting where he led the partnership with AWS Partner Network. Prior to this role, Jason was Accenture’s Sr. Managing Director and Executive Globally responsible for ServiceNow. Jason joined Accenture as part of the Cloud Sherpas acquisition, where he held the role of President of the ServiceNow business unit.
His previous role as Vice President of Navigis, ServiceNow’s first services partner (acquired by Cloud Sherpas in 2013), was a stepping stone after completing an impressive 11-year career at IBM where he held a variety of roles, including Project Executive, Global End User Services Strategy Lead as well as Delivery Executive.

Andy’s experience in the technology services space has spanned a few eras, including working for one of the first "ASPs" during the dot-com bubble of the late 1990’s (does anyone recall the term "IMAP"?) A common theme across the private-equity-backed companies he’s supported along the way is that they were fast-paced, growth-oriented and striving to be the best. Thirdera's aspirations are no different. In addition to his 30 year experience in the finance space, he’s been mountain biking a few years more than that and has been married for just a few years less.

Chris is a 20+ year veteran in the service management space and has worked in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem for 10+ years. He is a results-oriented change agent that welcomes opportunities to work with clients to design innovative solutions that solve old and new business problems. With a proven record of transforming businesses, don’t tempt Chris with a chance to roll-up his sleeves and work side-by-side with you to do something special for you and your organization.
SVP AMS Sales & Global Sales/ Offerings Lead
Jonathan has 25+ years of experience in Information Technology and IT Service Management with a wide range of responsibilities leading diverse teams.
Jonathan is a graduate of Fort Lewis College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an option in Business Management.
Prior to pursuing a career path in the ServiceNow space, he completed a 14-year career at IBM where he held a variety of roles.
SVP AMS Delivery & Global Delivery Lead
Todd has been practicing law for over 27 years in private practice and as corporate counsel for a large global technology company. Todd, as our Chief Legal Officer is focused on our corporate compliance, governance, legal operations, and risk management. Todd also ensures that all aspects of the operations of Thirdera are delivered and managed within the bounds of proper legal guidelines and the best accepted legal practices. Todd also enjoys skiing and hiking in Colorado and chasing tennis and golf balls around in his free time.

Ronan Kevitt is Chief People Officer at Thirdera. With 30+ years working as a Strategic Leader in the Human Resources arena across many industries Ronan has a passion for building high-performing global teams to deliver on a company’s customer, growth, and people agenda. In his role at Thirdera, Ronan actively influences organizational change, developing and implementing innovative strategies in support of workforce engagement whilst at the same time, he is committed to fostering a culture of professional and personal growth for its global and diverse workforce.
Chief People Officer
Jon has been in the partner ecosystem of ServiceNow for over a decade with leadership roles at Navigis, Cloud Sherpas and Accenture. At Thirdera, Jon is responsible for supporting our ServiceNow and ecosystem relationships as well as our corporate development activities. As our resident “DJ OnRey”, he is also tasked with setting the vibe on Thirdera team calls.
SVP of Global Alliances & Corporate Development & Innovation
Uriah is a ServiceNow ecosystem veteran with more than two decades of experience scaling high growth professional services and technology businesses across Asia Pacific. Uriah is responsible for bringing Thirdera ServiceNow solutions to organizations across APAC. Prior to Thirdera, Uriah was an executive at Accenture, leading the APAC ServiceNow business unit where he joined as part of the Cloud Sherpas acquisition.
Managing Director, APAC
Rian has extensive experience working in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Before Thirdera, Rian founded SilverStorm Solutions in 2002, serving as CEO for 20 years. As one of the world’s oldest ServiceNow partners, he guided SilverStorm to become a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner.
Prior to being the owner of SilverStorm, Rian held several roles in different corporations. He held various positions in Sales in Peregrine UK and in Peregrine Spain. From 1997 to 1999 Rian worked at Computacenter plc. Prior to this he held different managerial positions in Johnson Controls Inc.
Rian has a passion for rugby, serving as President of the El Salvador Rugby Club since 2020 and before then as a director of the club in various different areas. You will also often find him out walking with his two beloved Cocker Spaniels, Marley and Greta!
