Thirdera is excited to share the news of our recent expansion into New Zealand – a decision driven by our desire to help the broader APAC ServiceNow community unlock maximum platform value. With demand for digital transformation proliferating across all corners of the globe, Thirdera believes all organisations should have the opportunity to optimise business services and elevate customer outcomes with ServiceNow. As such, we have appointed Kat Carter to the new role of New Zealand Country Lead for Thirdera to ensure our service portfolio, skills, and partnerships accommodate the point-in-time demands of ServiceNow customers.
Thirdera’s service offerings range from advising how to harness the power of ServiceNow to designing tailored experiences, training users, and building custom applications. The move to New Zealand will enhance Thirdera’s APAC footprint and enhance platform opportunities for organisations looking to modernise the work experience and accelerate return on investment. Kat brings depth of experience as a leader, having worked as a business consultant and sales leader with a strong focus on helping customers adopt technology to drive innovation. As New Zealand Country Lead for Thirdera, her focus will be on attracting talent, skills development, and building high-performing teams.
