Podcast: Insights from the CEO Who Has Navigated Three Eras of ServiceNow

You'd be hard-pressed to find someone more experienced over the past 15 years in building and scaling ServiceNow partners than our very own Jason Wojahn. Jason has been one of ServiceNow's strongest advocates, advisors, and partners, working across privately funded boutiques as well as large-scale SIs. You might be familiar with Navigus, Cloud Sherpas, Accenture, and Thirdera, which was acquired by Cognizant earlier this year. However, you may not know that Jason was – and still is – at the helm of the ServiceNow practice at each of these companies. Indeed, he was the one delivering client value back when ServiceNow was just beginning as an ITSM tool, and he continues to deliver client value today – albeit with a platform (and style) that has drastically evolved to offer that value across the enterprise.

Jason's knack for consistently meeting client and marketplace demands through decades of economic and digital change is truly impressive. As much as it would be fun to attribute this success to some prophetic power, we can't. He's simply a great visionary who is also an active learner and listener. And when he's not listening, he's speaking – which is exactly what ServiceNow got him to do on their "Innovation Today" podcast, recorded at the Knowledge 2024 conference in Las Vegas.

Have a listen

Over the next 30 minutes, you'll hear a range of perspectives from Jason – covering everything from how we need to rethink our understanding and application of ServiceOps to his unashamed hobby of concocting domain names. So sit back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy!
