Thirdera leveraged the ServiceNow platform and the Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) product to design and implement a centralized transportation management solution. Key aspects of the project included:

Parent/Guardian Portal
We built a dedicated portal for parents and guardians to search for information, submit requests, and monitor the status of their inquiries.

Streamlined Request Management

School staff and authorized personnel gained access to the portal to view, manage, and fulfill incoming transportation requests.


Reporting and Analytics

The district can now generate comprehensive reports and identify trends to optimize resource allocation and transportation operations.
