You'd be hard pressed to find someone more experienced over the last 15 years at building and scaling ServiceNow partners than our very own Jason Wojahn. Jason has served as one of ServiceNow's strongest advocates, advisors, and partners working across privately funded boutiques and large scale SI's alike. You may have heard of Navigus, Cloud Sherpas, Accenture, and Thirdera, which was acquired by Cognizant earlier this year. But you may not know that Jason was - and respectively is - at helm of the ServiceNow practice at each of these companies. Indeed, he was the guy helping deliver client value back when ServiceNow was in its beginnings as an ITSM tool, and he is the guy helping deliver client value now - albeit with a platform (and style) that has drastically evolved to deliver that value across the enterprise.
His niche for consistently accommodating client and marketplace demands through decades of economic and digital change is impressive. As fun as it would be to attribute this success to a prophetic power, we can't. He's just a great visionary as well as an active study and listener. And when he's not listening, he's talking. Which is something ServiceNow recently got him to do on their "Innovation Today" podcast recorded at the Knowledge 2024 conference in Las Vegas.
In the next 30 minutes, you'll hear a range of perspectives from Jason - covering everything from how we need to rethink our conception and application of ServiceOps to his unashamed hobby of concocting domain names. Sit back, pop some popcorn, and enjoy!
